Bots and automation for business

Chatbot, Mini App, web and mobile app development

In the evening, at night, on weekends your bot or app answers customers, books free slots, takes orders and payments. The code is yours, on your server.

Check how it works. Ask the bot yourself.

More about chatbots

Why me

I automated my own business

Bots took over the routine. I did not hire more people instead, and revenue grew by 60%. I know this mess from the inside because I cleaned up my own.

Everything I build runs for me first

The bot on this page is my working one, talk to it. Want a harder look at the level, here is an app I built from scratch and took to market: Fluenvo.

30 days to check features and bugs

If something breaks after launch, I fix it. I will not explain to you why it is supposed to be that way.

Payment in stages

Payment in stages. I never take 100% upfront.

The code, the token and the manual are yours

Decide to move to someone else and any Python developer picks it up in a day. You are not tied to me by anything.

I'll say so if you don't need a bot

I look at your processes and tell you where a bot brings money. If in your case a bot is not needed, I will say so.

how I work
/brief

We discuss the task

Describe the problem in your own words. I'll come back with a scenario, an exact quote and a straight answer — including "you don't need a bot" when that's the case.

/prototype

Working prototype first

Within days you're clicking through a live prototype — not reading specs. Changing anything at this stage is quick and easy, before the bot goes live.

/launch

Deploy & handover

I launch the bot on your server and connect your CRM and payments. You get: the source code (yours forever), all logins and passwords, and a simple manual — how to use it and what to do if something breaks.

/support

30 days of fixes included

Fixes are accepted for 30 days after launch — the bot gets tuned on real conversations. After that, if you want, I take the bot on ongoing support.

prices

For context: agencies charge $30,000–$60,000 for an AI bot like this, and $100 gig-platform bots are reskinned templates. I build like an agency and charge like one developer.

The exact number depends on your task. Assemble it below, it takes half a minute.

common questions
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
A FAQ bot or a booking bot starts at $700, an AI agent trained on your documents at $2,250, a voice agent at $2,500, a Mini App at $1,190. A simple bot takes 3–7 days, a medium one 10–18 days, a complex one 3–5 weeks. I give the exact number after a free review, once it is clear what you actually need. You can put a rough estimate together right here, in the Pricing block.
Do I even need a bot?
Maybe you don't. If three people a day write to you, a bot is overkill, and I will say so at the review. It pays off when leads get lost at night, when your managers answer the same twenty questions, or when a customer waits hours for a reply. Run the numbers on your own figures in the calculator above.
I know nothing about this. How is it going to work?
You don't need to know. You tell me how things run now: who answers your customers, where they write, what they ask most. Then I build it, launch it on your server, connect your booking and payments and hand you a plain manual: where to see the leads and what to press if something goes wrong. From you I need a price list and answers to the common questions, the rest is my job.
Why not just build it in a no-code builder?
A builder handles a menu of buttons fine. After that three things start. You can't train a real AI on your documents there. You pay every month, forever. And the bot isn't yours: the service raises the price, cuts features or shuts down, and you go down with it. Your own code is a one-off, any logic, any AI model, and the server runs at 5–15 dollars a month. A subscription is rent, your own code is yours.
What can the bot be integrated with?
With amoCRM, Bitrix24, YCLIENTS, with Google Sheets and 1C. It takes payments through YooKassa, Stripe or crypto, looks into your calendar, transcribes voice messages and pings you in Telegram. The lead lands straight in your system, not in a separate place you have to go and check.
Which platforms can it work on?
Telegram, WhatsApp, and a chat window right on your website. It can be all of them at once: one bot, it answers from one place and drops every lead into a single feed, wherever it came from.
What if the bot tells my customer something wrong?
It answers only from your documents and shows where it took the answer from. If it isn't sure, it calls a human instead of making things up. For the first thirty days you read the real conversations and we tune whatever is off.
Who maintains the bot after launch, are there monthly payments?
For thirty days after launch I fix things free, it is included in the price: the bot gets tuned on live conversations. After that it depends on what we built. On a simple bot, FAQ or booking, you really do owe me nothing: there is nothing to break, and the only running cost is the server, 5–15 dollars a month. On an AI agent or a voice agent support is always needed — there is a live model, prompts and answer quality to keep up. It is priced in the calculator as a separate line, together with per-minute conversations.
What happens to my data?
The bot sits on your server, you hold the access, your documents go nowhere. If you have requirements under data protection law or everything has to stay in a closed network, say so at the review and we will work out what is really needed.
What do you need from me to start?
Write to me and describe your business in your own words. I come back with a scenario, a price and a timeline, and if I see that you don't need a bot, I will say exactly that.

Tell me what eats your time. I'll tell you what a bot can take over.

Send me a couple of lines about your business and the task — I'll tell you whether a bot solves it, what it costs and how long it takes.
