Your website and business audit

I'll send you a breakdown of what's technically stopping your site from bringing in and keeping customers.

Worth it if you already see you are losing clients or time somewhere but do not know where to start or what it will cost. What you get isn't a vague suggestion — it's a concrete plan with a price for each step, one you can take and use with any contractor.

What the site audit covers

01

Page technical basics

  • The title and description exist, are not empty, and will not get cut off in search results.
  • The page has one main heading, not several mixed together.
  • The mobile version adapts to the screen, nothing scrolls sideways.
  • The page language is set.
  • Images have alt text and set dimensions, so the page does not jump around while they load.
  • The link to the site unfolds nicely in messengers and social media, with a title and image, not bare text.
  • The site has an icon visible in the browser tab.
02

Contacting you

  • There is a way to write or call: a form, a phone number that starts a call with one tap, an email, or a messenger.
  • If the number is just written as text and cannot be tapped, that counts as a finding too, since you cannot call from a phone that way.
  • The form is not overloaded with extra fields; every extra field means fewer people finish it.
  • There is a checkbox for data-processing consent and a link to the privacy policy.
03

Search visibility

  • The settings for search robots do not block the whole site from being indexed (this sometimes gets left over from a test version, and then the site is not in search at all).
  • The sitemap exists, opens, and is not empty, so search engines can find every page through it.
  • The site always opens over a secure connection instead of staying on the old unsecured one.
  • If you type in a page address that does not exist, the site honestly says "page not found" instead of showing the homepage or a server error.
  • The security certificate is not expired and does not expire in the next two weeks.
  • The homepage loads in under three seconds.
04

Security

  • No files with database passwords, backups, or the site's source code sit out in the open (this sometimes gets left on the server by accident, and anyone can download it).
  • The server does not show a list of all files in a folder instead of a normal page.
  • Basic browser security headers are in place.
  • Data the site stores in a visitor's browser is marked as protected.
  • The site's engine version is not openly visible, one less hint for anyone looking for weaknesses.
  • Nothing on the page loads over an unsecured address while the page itself is secure, otherwise the browser shows a "not secure" warning.

What the business diagnostic covers

Sales and CRM

  • Conversion at every stage of the sales funnel.
  • How transparently the CRM is run and set up.
  • Speed of handling incoming leads and the quality of communication.
  • Scripts, procedures, and how the sales team actually works.
  • Efficiency metrics: LTV (lifetime value), average order value, deal length.
02

Marketing and acquisition

  • Traffic sources and whether they pay off.
  • Key acquisition metrics: CAC (customer acquisition cost), CPL (cost per lead), ROMI (return on marketing investment).
  • How clear the positioning and the unique value proposition are.
  • Target audience analysis and competitive intelligence.
03

Finance and accounting

  • Review of the core reports: P&L (profit and loss) and Cash Flow.
  • Margins on individual products and lines of business.
  • Break-even point and the structure of fixed and variable costs.
  • Forecasting and the risk of cash gaps.
04

Business processes and IT infrastructure

  • How transparently and quickly procedures and operations get done.
  • Bottlenecks and duplicated functions.
  • How far the routine is automated: CRM, accounting systems, Telegram bots, integrations.
  • Time and resources lost at each stage.
05

Team and org structure

  • The company's org structure and how responsibility is split.
  • The motivation system: the balance of salary and KPIs.
  • Workload, burnout, and staff turnover.
  • How much key processes depend on specific people or on the owner.
06

Strategy and product

  • Product-market fit.
  • Level of customer service and satisfaction, NPS.
  • Depth of the product range and upsell potential.
  • Long-term business goals and growth strategy.

What you get as a result

A site score: a number out of 100, plus how much of what's found is critical, important, or minor.
For every finding: exactly what was found on the page and what to do about it.
What to fix first. In a clear order of actions.
Written report: 3-5 pages: a concrete plan and a price estimate for each step.

What's not included

The build itself isn't part of this — that's separate, at the usual rates. The audit doesn't hand you a turnkey solution either, just a plan for what to do and in what order.

questions
What is a business diagnostic?
A comprehensive audit of a company's core systems: sales, marketing, finance, management, and processes. The goal is to find hidden resource leaks, pinpoint the real causes of problems, and build a plan for revenue growth or scaling.
Why do I need it?
To see where money is leaking: wasted marketing budget, sagging sales conversions, or an oversized team. To understand why revenue has hit a ceiling despite more budget or more effort. To check whether your processes and team can handle 10x growth, or whether the business breaks under the load. To find the chaos in day-to-day operations and cut how much depends on you personally. Or, before selling the business, buying one, or bringing in investors, to know its real value and risks.
What if I order the build afterward?
The audit's price is deducted from the project.
What if I decide to do it myself or with someone else?
The plan is yours to keep, no obligations.
How long is the wait?
3-5 business days from payment.
